The October 14, 2026 Global update (CEST) announces Halloween activities, shop changes during server transfers, class fixes and performance improvements.
Official announcement. This is Daeva Compass’s editorial adaptation of NC’s Steam patch notes, titled “Oct. 13 (PDT) / Oct. 14 (CEST)”. Changes are announced for maintenance and have not been independently verified in game. The announcement does not provide a version number.

Halloween attendance and weekly missions
Open Attendance to find Trick or Treat. The 14 rewards give 35 Halloween Pumpkin Coin (Event) each, except days 7 and 14, which give 100 each. This adds up to 620 coins, calculated from the official table. Catch-up rules are not specified.
Under Season Mission > Event, each mission resets once per week per server.

Halloween Coin Merchants
Elyos merchants appear at Dawn Legion Base / Zumion Village in Verteron. Asmodian merchants appear at Safe Haven / Nornir Assembly in Altgard.

Candy Keys and rewards
Complete Expedition and Transcendence Dungeons to obtain Candy Key Fragment (Event). Drop quantities are not specified.
Use Event Substance Morphs to turn 60 fragments into one Red, Yellow or Blue Candy Key with 100% success. Each colour is limited to one morph per week per server. Use keys on event candies placed around towns.

Abyss access and combat
Conquerors of the Abyss runs from October 14 after maintenance to October 28 before maintenance, European dates. At level 45+, buy Abyss Rift Stone (Event) for 50,000 Kina from Shop > Wind Breeze Merchants > Special, limited to 7 per character per week.
- Maximum accumulated Abyss entry time changes to 7 hours; this is not described as a daily allowance.
- Abyss Entry Stones are added to the weekly missions Spend 1 Hour in the Abyss and Defeat the Boss Guardian Lord Nahma Once.
- NC announces reduced stuttering in large-scale Abyss battles.
- Standard Battlefield stats are adjusted to bring combat duration to an appropriate level; no numbers are provided.
The announcement uses Abyss Entry Stones, Abyss Rift Stone and Lower Abyss Rift Stone in different sections. We retain these names without assuming they identify the same item.
Shop changes during server transfers
- Instant Clear Ticket: Daily Dungeon (Bound) and Soul Crystal (Bound) move from Shop > Wind Breeze Merchants > Special to Substance Morph > Special > Wind Breeze Merchants.
- The weekly 16-per-server limit for Odyle Energy (Bound) is removed.
- The per-character weekly limit changes from 4/4 to 20/20, preserving the source’s notation. The announcement does not explain the two counters here, so we do not add them together.
- Lower Abyss Rift Stone is offered in Shop > Wind Breeze Merchants > Special for two weeks.

These are functionality fixes; no numerical damage increase is announced.
Settings, performance and other fixes
- Add an invert Y-axis option.
- Add an HP-bar visibility option under Show My Nameplate.
- Restrict gathering-material listings on the Market based on gameplay history; criteria are not detailed.
- Fix incorrect graphics settings on dual-GPU PCs.
- Fix crashes at certain refresh rates on 4K monitors.
- Fix longer loading times with FSR.
- Fix positions resetting when reconnecting during Shugo Festival.
- Stop saving graphics settings to Steam Cloud.

The European sales period is October 14 after maintenance to November 25 before maintenance. These are PURPLE Store reference prices in US dollars, not Steam euro prices.
